With their in-depth knowledge of our products and programs, our team focuses on providing valuable technical support and customer service to our customers 24/7/365 a year. Candidates should be very detail oriented with strong organizational skills, have a professional telephone manner, and possess the ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience working in a call center/phone support environment required
  • High school diploma or GED with one year experience in related industry
  • Help desk/call center experience in a technical arena preferable
  • Knowledge and experience troubleshooting credit card terminals is a big plus
  • Excellent communications skills
